Zenya provides guided meditation, breathing exercises, and wellness tracking services. Our service is designed to support mental wellness but is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• Subscription prices are subject to change with notice

4. Activation Codes

Upon successful payment, you will receive an activation code via email. This code is personal to you and should not be shared. Lost codes can be recovered through our recovery system.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
• To request a refund, contact support with your activation code

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your activation code with others
• Attempt to access accounts other than your own
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Abuse or overload our systems

7. Medical Disclaimer

Zenya is a wellness app and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or experienced in Zenya.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Zenya are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
